Renew your Medicaid coverage with ACCESS HRA.

Step 1: Create an ACCESS HRA account here to:

• View your Medicaid renewal submission deadline (and get an alert if it changes)
• Check the status of your renewal
• Update your email or mailing address

Step 2: Submit your documents on the mobile app

If you need to upload documents to support your Medicaid renewal application, you can easily submit them on the ACCESS HRA mobile app.

You will receive a Medicaid renewal application in the mail from your Local Department of Social Services (LDSS).

Submit the documents needed for your Medicaid renewal on the NYDocSubmit app.
